Due to our limited stock as most products are custom created, we currently made it contact to order for our clients. As we only have 1 item per piece and products are on multiple platforms including a physical viewing location, this is to make sure that the product is available before you place an order.

1) Confirming Your Orders
The first step is to contact us when you come across a product listing of your liking. Most of our products are unique (as we only custom make 1 of each design). Backorders might be available depending on availability of gemstones and materials in our overseas warehouse.
2) Confirmation of Orders
We would get back to you regarding the availability of the product(s), together with an invoice if you would like to proceed with the purchase.
We accept several payment methods as listed below:
- POSB/DBS PayNow/PayLah
- Bank Transfer to POSB/DBS Account
- Through Shopee (Under Custom Orders)
- PayPal (Overseas Customers)
Upon confirmation of payment we would make arrangements for shipping to the designated shipping address. Through Shopee we would be using Ninja Van to fulfil the orders, whereas the others would be via SingPost. Delivery would take 2-7 working days depending on courier schedule. All orders would be shipped out the very next day from the date of purchase.
